Rather than operating as a separate unit, you\'ll work alongside existing teams as an internal consultant, helping them deliver AI-powered capabilities whilst building their skills through hands-on collaboration and structured training. A core part of the role is upskilling the wider Engineering department through workshops, documentation, and knowledge transfer.What You’ll Be DoingYou\'ll partner with product teams to build and deliver AI features, working embedded within their squad structure.
