Overview

Software Engineer – Developer Experience / Productivity Tools. Location: London (Hybrid/Onsite).

This role focuses on improving how developers build, test, and deliver software by creating tools, platforms, and workflows that enable engineering teams to work more efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain systems, frameworks, and pipelines that support the full software development lifecycle.
• Develop automation and tooling to streamline workflows and speed up iteration cycles.
• Enhance release and deployment processes to enable faster and more reliable delivery.
• Research and implement emerging technologies, including AI-assisted development tools.
• Define and monitor metrics to measure developer productivity.
• Partner with engineering teams to identify challenges and deliver solutions that reduce friction and increase efficiency.

Candidate Profile

• Strong background in software engineering with experience in scalable systems and tooling.
• Familiarity with modern development practices, CI/CD, and automation frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to improve development processes and productivity.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a collaborative approach.
• Keen interest in emerging trends in developer experience and software delivery.
