Preferred qualifications

2 years of experience with data structures or algorithms. Experience working on highly scalable, database-backed, distributed systems.

Experience in designing, testing, delivering, and monitoring scalable high-availability software in a cloud computing environment.

Experience in communicating with internal and external partners to create system design.

The Platforms and Devices team encompasses Google's various computing software platforms across environments (desktop, mobile, applications), as well as our first party devices and services that combine the best of Google AI, software, and hardware. Teams across this area research, design, and develop new technologies to make our user's interaction with computing faster and more seamless, building innovative experiences for our users around the world. Responsibilities

Participate in the full cycle of development from an idea through design, implementation, testing to exposing features to millions of end users. Support, feature development teams, database engineering and site reliability engineering. Contribute to the multi-year effort of integrating the software stack with Google production systems and partner subscription lifecycle management solutions. Ensure appropriate test automation and coverage for developed features to ensure quality at scale. Contribute to process, test, automation, products and business growth.
