About the role

We’re looking for a Passionate, Communicative, and Client-Facing hands-on Integration Engineer to join our fast-growing engineering team. This role offers ownership of integrations, working directly with customers to shape how our cutting-edge retail media API solutions connect with the world’s leading retailers, marketplaces, and delivery apps.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the entire integration process – leading integrations end-to-end, solving complex challenges, and acting as a trusted technical advisor to our clients.
• Bridge between tech and customer success – work directly with clients, engineers, and product teams to understand needs and ensure seamless API integrations, strengthening long-term relationships.
• Solve real-world challenges with agility – debug, troubleshoot, and optimize integrations for top-tier retailers and marketplaces.
• Build stronger client relationships – be the face of our engineering team in APAC, own key client interactions, build trust, and become a go-to expert for their integration needs.
• Experience the world – opportunities for international travel to work directly with global clients and visit their offices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Strong communication skills and experience interacting with customers and stakeholders.
• Proficient in building integration tools and APIs.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, data formats (JSON, XML), and authentication methods (OAuth).
• Preferred experience: SaaS integrations or ad tech; familiarity with CRM tools and integration platforms.
