About The Role
We are seeking a talented Software Engineer who prioritizes product and user experience. The ideal candidate understands that effective code is simple, maintainable, and gets the job done efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Design and construction of robust, scalable, and high-performing code.
- Develop an engaging user experience for human-bot interaction, enabling users to gain maximum value from our products with the least friction possible.
- Collaborate to seamlessly integrate Radar and its capabilities into our frontend platform to offer easy access to information across all products.
- Contribute across a broad range of responsibilities with autonomy and room for professional growth.
About You

- You are driven, enjoy autonomy, and have a good eye for UX; you have experience integrating bots or AI capabilities into frontend solutions.
- You are a collaborative Software Engineer with proven professional experience in Javascript/Typescript, React, and Node.JS, with strong API design, consumption, and client-side logic skills.
- You are proficient in writing unit and integration tests and have experience with NoSQL databases (e.g., Mongo) and version control systems such as Git.
- You have experience with cloud platforms, deployment processes, and OAuth-like flows, ideally with experience integrating LLM providers.
- You thrive in a team environment and communicate effectively while contributing independently when needed.
- You are excited about AI and are already integrating AI tools into your daily process.

Location
Barcelona or London would be ideal but we would be happy to accommodate fully-remote working arrangements in locations with similar time zones.
