We are seeking a highly skilled Java Developer with strong hands‑on experience in Kubernetes, AWS, and NoSQL (MongoDB) to join our team in Bournemouth. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in banking or financial services, a collaborative mindset, and the right attitude to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑demand environment.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8–15 years of hands‑on experience in Java development (Java 11+ preferred).
• Expertise in Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices architecture.
• Proven experience with Kubernetes (deployment, scaling, monitoring).
• Strong knowledge of AWS cloud services (EC2, ECS, Lambda, S3, RDS, etc.).
• Experience with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases.
• Background in Banking / Financial Services domain is essential.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and a proactive, can‑do attitude.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Bournemouth (5 days onsite required).
