The Role

This leadership role will oversee a high-performing team of engineers, balancing hands-on technical direction with people management. The successful candidate will drive delivery of scalable, high-quality products while fostering a collaborative and innovative engineering culture.

Qualifications

• Strong engineering background with proven leadership experience.

• Excellent communication and people management skills.
• Experience with AI/ML technologies or data-driven platforms.
• Certifications in cloud, security, or architecture.
