Who are we looking for?

What will you be doing day-to-day?

• Organising and running of a small team
• Technical systems and software design
• Solving technical problems
• Implementing new features

What you’ll need

• Critical thinking and ability to diagnose solutions. Examples include understanding software bugs, tracing issues through a system to determine cause, and understanding requirements in various phases.
• Ability to understand prioritisation of work and take on items for the wider team, not just for yourself.
• Strong interpersonal skills to fulfill responsibilities, including contribution to technical discussions during design, estimation, and planning phases.
