Job Title: Software Procurement Advisor
Location:Feltham - 3 days in the office, 2 days at home

We are seeking a skilled and strategic Software Procurement Advisor to manage our global client’s software category. You will have around 8 years of commercial or procurement experience, ideally within large global organisations.

With end-to-end software category management, working closely with stakeholders and suppliers to drive value, ensure compliance, and continuously improve procurement capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the commercial lead on major software investment programs
• Identify and pursue high value opportunities
• Oversee contract renewals and manage software licensing and audit activity
• ERP expertise (including SAP)
• Develop and implement category strategies aligned with broader business goals
• Support compliance through effective collaboration with the Software Asset Management team
• Implement a digital-first approach to the P2P process for using Ariba

What we’re looking for

• Approximately 8 years of experience in procurement or commercial roles
• In-depth understanding of the software supply market
• A proactive, action-oriented mindset with curiosity for new technologies and approaches
• Excellent communication and influencing skills
• Ability to operate effectively in global and culturally diverse environments
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Familiarity with Ariba and ServiceNow
• Demonstrated success in category strategy development and implementation
