As a tester you will contribute to all stages of the software development lifecycle, engage in retrospective reviews and bring ideas to the table. This role is highly visible and highly focused on Verification and Validation (V&V). You will be trained to create or enhance your knowledge of V&V.ResponsibilitiesHighlight and communicate concerns, results and ideas to team members from a test perspectiveDefine, document and run test cases for new project development in all phases of the development processProduce tests, verifying and validating code quality, under an Agile methodology approach, and support test documentation developmentSupport Test Readiness and Test Review Boards as guided by the Test LeadBring new ideas to the table and question the status quoExperience using test automation tools Java and Selenium, and GIT and Jira to manage the developmentInterest in learning new tools and processes such as V&V, Cucumber, PostmanExcellent communication skills that can be adapted for team members and technical / non-technical stakeholdersFamiliarity with interpreting Model Based System Engineering DiagramsAwareness of potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity as the foundation for the Company's success, reputation and sustainable growthNot a 100% match?
