Solicitor – Casualty | Keoghs Scotland, Glasgow (Hybrid)

Looking for your next challenge in insurance litigation? Keoghs Scotland is growing, and we’re seeking an experienced Casualty Solicitor to join our expanding Glasgow team. You’ll manage a varied defender EL/PL caseload for leading insurers and self‑insured corporates, working alongside Partners on complex and rewarding cases. We’re looking for someone with excellent technical and analytical skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding results.

The Role

• Manage your own litigated defender caseload (EL/PL)
• Draft pleadings, advise clients, and appear in the All Scotland Personal Injury Court if desired
• Supervise junior colleagues and support Partners
• Investigate liability, instruct experts, and negotiate settlements
• Contribute to business development and client initiatives

About You

You’ll have strong litigation and personal injury experience (defender preferred), familiarity with the All Scotland PI Court, excellent analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
