Solicitor- Commercial Real Estate -Cambridge with hybrid working

Role

• Working on a wide range of complex and high value commercial real estate deals across a number of sectors
• Act for leading clients nationwide and some of the East of England’s (and Cambridge’s) most important businesses and institutions, including high profile clients
• Actively participating in business development

You

• 1-3years PQE
• Experience in some or all of a range of areas including:
  • commercial landlord and tenant work
  • investment and asset management
  • general commercial property development
  • acting for banks/borrowers in secured lending matters
  • knowledge of providing property support as part of corporate transactions
