Solicitor/Lawyer – Highways & Planning (Hybrid) needed in Oxford, £50-£60ph - Reference: 460913

Experienced Planning Lawyer. Current Practising Certificate. Ideally with Local Authority experience.

Responsibilities

• Drafting Planning Agreements
• Experience with s106 agreements or highway agreements

Qualifications

• Current Practising Certificate
• Experience as a Planning Lawyer
• Ideally Local Authority experience
• Basic DBS required
• Hybrid working (Oxford-based with possible remote work); 3–5 days per week, at least 22 hours
• Contract: full role on a temporary basis
