Solicitor: Probate and Will Writing – Permanent, full‑time role offering flexibility to work anywhere in the UK.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading the UK implementation of succession and probate services within the digital platform.
• Ensuring compliance with UK legal and regulatory requirements.
• Drafting and reviewing legal documents including wills and enduring powers of attorney.
• Providing expert legal advice to clients.
• Collaborating with legal, operational and technology teams across Europe to align practices.
• Implementing innovative technology to modernise traditional legal administration.
• Overseeing local business operations ensuring all procedures meet SRA and HMRC standards.
• Managing the UK team.

We're Looking For

• Relevant qualification and experience in succession and probate law.
• Proven ability in drafting wills, EPAs and estate planning documents.
• Strong understanding of UK legal and regulatory frameworks (SRA and others).
• Excellent communication, leadership and organisational skills.
• Comfortable working with digital tools.
