Role Overview

Lester Aldridge has an exciting opportunity for a Solicitor/Legal Executive with 2+ years of post‑qualification real estate experience to join our busy Real Estate Development team based in Southampton.

Responsibilities

You will advise clients on a wide range of real estate and development matters and offer practical, commercial and innovative solutions and strategic advice.

You will play a key role in managing and developing client relationships, with a focus on delivering exceptional client service and promoting the firm’s core values. You will also contribute to the growth of the team by getting involved in regular business development activities to develop new client and business relationships.

Qualifications

At least 2 years post‑qualification real estate experience (or comparable technical and property transaction knowledge).

Strong communication and organisational skills; ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently. Experience supervising or supporting others is desirable.
