Lester Aldridge has an exciting opportunity for a Solicitor/Legal Executive with 2+ years of PQE experience dealing with real estate development transactions to join our busy Real Estate Development team based in Southampton.

The team

Our Real Estate Team in Southampton is a busy team, dealing with a variety of development matters, including acquisitions by way of conditional contracts, option agreements and promotion agreements. Our clients include residential developers, commercial developers and healthcare clients and we offer practical, commercial and innovative solutions and strategic advice to regional and nationwide clients.

Role

You will advise clients on a wide range of real estate and development matters and offer practical, commercial and innovative solutions and strategic advice.

You will play a key role in managing and developing client relationships, with a focus on delivering exceptional client service and promoting the firm’s core values. You will also contribute to the growth of the team by getting involved in regular business development activities to develop new client and business relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on real estate and development matters.
  • Develop and manage client relationships.
  • Contribute to business development activities.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of post-qualification real estate experience (the right candidate with less PQE and strong technical knowledge may also be considered).
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and confidently work independently.
  • Experience supervising or supporting others.
