Responsibilities

• Assist Partners and Senior Fee Earners with catastrophic injury caseloads, providing legal assistance and support throughout the case.
• Draft legal documents such as Schedules of Loss, Disclosure Lists, Witness Statements, Instructions to Experts/Counsel, Cost Estimates, etc.
• Attend court proceedings both in person and remotely.
• Act as the first point of contact for clients, their families and third‑party professionals.
• Handle client care, including managing challenging behaviours and ensuring client satisfaction.

Skills & Qualifications

• 2–4 years PQE with experience in catastrophic personal injury cases.
• Excellent understanding of Civil Procedure Rules and protocols.
• Sound technical ability and high-level organisational skills.
• Personable, confident and a team player.
