The Role

The successful candidate will manage a caseload of civil litigation matters, including will challenges, inheritance claims, and estate administration issues. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing a caseload of civil litigation matters.
• Drafting legal documents and providing clear advice to clients.
• Liaising with clients, counsel, and other parties.
• Supporting partners in devising strategies and participating in business development.

The Requirements

The ideal candidate is a recently qualified solicitor (0-2 PQE) with a strong interest in litigation.
