Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Duty Solicitor, based in Cambridge, Peterborough or King's Lynn with flexibility for some remote work. The Solicitor will manage a varied caseload, including advising and representing clients across multiple legal areas. Responsibilities include preparing legal documents, conducting case reviews, liaising with clients and third parties, and attending court or tribunals when required.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Criminal Law and related legal procedures
• Experience in Conveyancing and Commercial Real Estate
• Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law
• Expertise in Family Law, including divorce, custody, and mediation
• Strong client management and communication skills
• Ability to handle complex cases with attention to detail and confidentiality
• Relevant professional certifications and a practicing license
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Experience in hybrid or remote working environments is advantageous
