Property Damage Solicitor – 1+ PQE

We are engaged in an exciting recruitment project designed to develop talented commercial litigation lawyers as this highly respected team continues to grow. Successful candidates can expect to advise on a range of claims. Depending on your experience, you will be encouraged to develop your own caseload or work under the guidance of an experienced solicitor.

• Work pattern: Hybrid
• Level: Solicitor or Legal Executive 1+ Years’ PQE

Who would suit this role

• Qualified Solicitor with ideally 1 PQE+
• Experience in property damage, subrogated loss or wider insurance litigation
• Excellent drafting, analytical and client-handling skills
• Commercially aware and collaborative in approach

Snapshot of work undertaken by team

Lawyers have the opportunity to work on an extremely varied range of property damage, subrogated recovery and coverage. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an expanding commercial insurance team handling complex and exciting work for a range of clients.

Claims undertaken by the team includes

• Fire, flood, construction and subsidence claims
• Subrogated recoveries and coverage disputes
• Liability defence and strategic advisory work
• Contribute to BD initiatives and client training
• Mentor junior fee earners and support team development
