Property Damage Solicitor – 1+ PQE

The work undertaken by the team is extremely varied and includes a range of property damage, subrogated recovery and coverage litigation. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an expanding commercial insurance team handling complex and exciting work for a range of clients.

• Level: Solicitor or Legal Executive 1+ Years’ PQE

Successful candidates can expect to advise on a range of claims. Depending on your experience, you will be encouraged to develop your own caseload or work under the guidance of an experienced solicitor.

The nature of the claims undertaken by the team includes:

• Fire, flood, construction and subsidence claims
• Subrogated recoveries and coverage disputes
• Liability defence and strategic advisory work
• Contribute to BD initiatives and client training
• Mentor junior fee earners and support team development

More about you

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 1+ years’ PQE
• Experience in property damage, subrogated loss or wider insurance litigation
• Excellent drafting, analytical and client-handling skills
• Commercially aware and collaborative in approach
