Job Opportunity: Solicitor / Associate Solicitor – Disease Team

Location: Glasgow

Overview

Join a leading personal injury firm’s Disease Team, supporting individuals affected by work‑related lung and respiratory conditions. This role offers a mix of pre‑litigation and litigation work and the chance to make a real impact.

Role Requirements

• Manage your own caseload and collaborate with the team
• Support court work and liaise with medical experts
• Draft legal documents and assist with court appearances
• Contribute to training and mentoring of trainees

Experience

• Minimum 1 year PQE
• Litigation experience, ideally in personal injury or similar cases
• Disease case experience beneficial but not essential

Skills
