Are you a qualified solicitor (or due to qualify in the next 8 weeks) who has experience in housing management or is looking to develop your litigation skills in a niche area of law? Due to continued expansion, Cobb Warren has a vacancy for a Housing Management Solicitor.

Responsibilities

• Tenancy enforcement claims
• Possession claims
• Anti‑social behaviour claims
• Advising on policy matters
• Assisting partners and team members on complex and contentious matters
• Opportunity to undertake advocacy

Qualifications

• Desire to learn and develop
• Experience or interest in litigation
• Proactive attitude
• Experience managing your own caseload
• Experience working effectively in a team
• Willingness to attend the central Bristol office 1–2 days per week
