Key Responsibilities

Our dynamic, diverse and hard-working Credit Solutions Team is looking for an enthusiastic, driven and committed individual to join them. The team acts for a number of major utility suppliers, government bodies, financial and commercial businesses and insolvency practitioners.

This role will include providing a broad range of services from advising on the merits of litigation at early stages to acting for the clients in Part 7 and Part 8 proceedings and Insolvency actions. You will also be required to work on some non-contentious probate type matters, seeking grants on behalf of creditors and dealing with the administration of estates.

This opportunity is ideal for a solicitor with a strong and broad-spectrum commercial litigation background who has a willingness to get stuck into learning niche areas and nuances of the specific industries and environments that our clients work within.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• You are a solicitor or legal executive with 2-4 years’ PQE
• You must have expert, up to date knowledge of general debt recovery litigation processes, procedures and legislation.
