Partner Enablement & Solution Design

• Collaborate with B2C platforms, OTAs, and travel e-commerce and content partners to understand their business objectives and technical requirements.
• Design end-to-end solutions leveraging Viator’s APIs to address partner needs, optimizing performance and commercial success.
• Provide expert guidance on API capabilities and commercial best practices that drive conversion.
• Support partners to design an implementation roadmap pre and post development to build products that prioritize growth.
• Work closely with Viator’s product, engineering, and business development teams to advocate for partner needs and feedback to drive continuous improvement of Viator’s API offerings.

Technical Leadership

• Serve as the technical point of contact for partners during the API integration process.
• Conduct API demonstrations for partner teams.
• Identify and address technical challenges and provide solutions to support integrations.
• Assist partners in optimizing the performance of Viator’s APIs for scalability and user experience.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of technical documentation, use case libraries, and integration guides.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in solution architecture, technical consulting, product management or a similar role, preferably in the travel or e‑commerce industry.
• Strong understanding of APIs, RESTful services, and integration methodologies.
• Hands‑on experience with programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) and API tools such as Postman and Swagger.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce platforms, travel technologies, and B2C integrations is a plus.
• Proven ability to analyze complex business and technical requirements to design scalable solutions.

The salary range for this role is $75,000 - $80,000.
