What You Can Expect

• Create and assure key architecture artefacts (e.g., Key Design Decisions, Technical Options Paper, High Level Design).
• Lead as SME with Engineering teams to define vision and establish Architectural Guardrails.
• Support senior leaders in shaping business cases, cost estimation, and detailed planning.
• Work with agile best practices, cross-functional teams, and client-facing problem solving.
• Hybrid working with client sites or office; time varies by role, up to 5 days on client site.
• Environment that values its culture and values.

Qualifications

Essential requirements

• Hands-on Software Engineering background with experience leading engineering teams.
• Clear understanding and practical application of architecture and delivery methodologies.
• Ability to operate across architectural domains with a specialty in at least one: Business, Data, Application, Technology, or Security.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking; ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Certifications in appropriate methodologies and cloud technologies are advantageous.

We’re technology agnostic and work with AWS, Azure, and GCP. Experience with Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Oracle, IBM, Salesforce, and more is welcome.
