Overview

You will own the deployment of the Omnea platform and key strategic modules, advising on optimal solutions and driving the implementation process as an extension of the customer’s team. You’ll become a product expert and the voice of the customer, working closely with technical and commercial teams to ensure customer centricity.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and configure the Omnea platform for enterprise customers.
• Advise customers on product configuration, design workflows, and integration strategy.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and sales to prioritize roadmap features and run beta testing.
• Serve as an executive stakeholder manager, building relationships with procurement, finance, legal, IT, and C‑suite leaders.
• Manage project timelines, coordinate launch activities, and drive toward key milestones.
• Present value‑focused demos and build bespoke configurations for key stakeholders.
• Act as a customer success liaison, turning insights into product improvements.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in a fast‑paced, client‑facing role (startup, scale‑up, VC, consulting).
• Track record of exceptional performance across academic, professional, or entrepreneurial contexts.
• Strong technical aptitude: comfortable learning new products, tools, and processes quickly.
• Excellent communication skills—verbal, written, and presentation.
• Highly organized; able to juggle multiple projects and shift between operational and strategic work.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and desire to build impact.
• Willingness to travel 2–3 days a week to the London office.
