We're seeking an experienced, independent Solution Engineer to join our dynamic London team

This is a critical role requiring complete ownership of complex technical processes—from initial pre-sales through full customer onboarding. The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with exceptional communication skills and the ability to lead processes independently in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Technical Sales Processes: Take full ownership of the technical aspects of sales cycles, including deep understanding of customer requirements and matching the right solutions
  • Conduct professional product demonstrations and technical workshops for prospective clients
  • Develop and present customized solutions that address specific client challenges and business objectives
  • Technical Implementation & Onboarding: Lead complete technical implementation of Justt\'s solutions for new clients, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems
  • Provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to ensure clients maximize value from our solutions
  • Proactively identify and resolve technical challenges throughout the onboarding process
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, customer success, and engineering teams to exceed client expectations
  • Contribute to the development of technical documentation and training materials

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of proven experience in solution engineering, pre-sales, or technical consulting roles
  • 2 years in fintech - Bonus!
  • Deep understanding of AI-powered solutions, payment processing systems, and their applications in fraud prevention, chargeback management, and dispute resolution
  • Technical Skills: Proven experience with integration processes, APIs, and data mapping
  • Problem-solving: Strong problem-solving abilities and a critical thinking approach to client challenges
  • Personal Qualities: Exceptional communication and presentation skills; ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders; independence and proactivity; ability to manage multiple projects in a rapidly changing environment; cultural fit for our London office and fast-paced startup atmosphere; fluency in English (additional languages are advantageous)
