Overview

Solutions Architect - Oracle Fusion HCM Systems. Contract Length: 12 Months (likely to extend). Location: Hybrid (Hertfordshire or Birmingham). Day Rate: £1000 Inside IR35. Start Date: ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and optimisation of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM solutions as part of a major transformation programme.
• Deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing HCM platforms across Core HR, Payroll, Talent, and Workforce Management, while driving cloud adoption and seamless integration with enterprise systems.

Key Experience Required

• 7+ years' experience in enterprise solution architecture, with at least 3 years in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM
• Expertise across multiple HCM modules: Core HR, Payroll, Talent, Recruitment, Compensation
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), SOA Suite, and REST APIs
• Experience in a fast-paced environment
• Background in enterprise integration patterns and middleware tools
• Experience with HR compliance, data governance, and security frameworks (e.g., GDPR)
• RBAC, HCM security best practices, and system optimisation
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
