Solutions Architect - Professional Services (London or Madrid)

Torq is a fast-growing cybersecurity company with 500% growth in customers and 300% revenue growth since 2023. We are looking for a Senior Solutions Architect to join our growing Professional Services organization for EMEA. This is a remote role but candidates should be based in the U.K., (preferably London), or Spain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement Torq for our customers, ensuring a high quality of customer experience.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Provide technical guidance and expertise to the professional services team and clients.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements, providing tailored solutions to meet their cybersecurity and automation objectives.
  • Conduct regular status meetings and progress reviews with clients, ensuring transparency and effective communication.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring proactive problem-solving.
  • Support the sales team in scoping and proposing professional services engagements.
  • Contribute to the development of new service offerings and enhancements to existing services.
  • Enable our partners to deliver services by providing them with the necessary training, resources, and support.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in professional services, project management, or consulting roles within the cybersecurity space
  • SOAR experience, i.e., XSOAR, Phantom
  • Outstanding spoken and written communication skills, presentation skills, and confidence in explaining complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Python
  • Customer-facing experience
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle competing priorities while working with multiple strategic opportunities and customers.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with multiple cybersecurity solutions and experience in implementing SOC applications.
  • Experience with Python, Bash, Golang.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, PMP).
