What you'll do

  • Work with customers daily to transform their existing solutions, spreadsheets, and business problems into sophisticated multi-dimensional models
  • Understand business requirements and document them
  • Design and build the corresponding Pigment applications
  • Train or co-build with the customer so they are self-sufficient in the solution
  • Participate in and/or lead UAT and deployment
  • Integrate source software and migration solutions (connectors and APIs)
  • Act as the link between customer stakeholders and the product team to develop the best planning platform
  • Lead cross-functional projects to develop and improve best-in-breed methodology and processes

Who you are

  • Exceptionally skilled in building complex systems and explaining them to all stakeholders so they are simple to use and maintain
  • Comfortable with a high volume of unstructured data that you’ll structure and validate
  • A great learner, especially of new domains, as we support diverse customer use cases
  • Skilled at building trusted relationships with empathy and dedication
  • Strategic thinker comfortable in a fast-paced, highly ambiguous startup environment
  • Able to adapt to a rapidly changing product and respond to customer needs
  • Experience meeting multiple objectives in an entrepreneurial environment with minimal supervision
  • Fluent in English; French or additional European languages is an advantage
  • MBA or other relevant advanced degree preferred
