Lead Solutions Engineer – Web3

London – Hybrid

A newly formed unit is collaborating with a leading blockchain ecosystem to drive the next wave of institutional adoption in Web3. The mission is to become the on-ramp for the next trillion dollars of real-world assets (RWA) moving on-chain — from funds and securities to carbon credits and real estate. The focus is on combining enterprise-grade compliance and security with the speed and composability of next-generation blockchain networks.

The Role

We’re seeking a Lead Solutions Engineer with strong Web3 exposure to design and deliver technical solutions for clients and partners. You’ll act as the bridge between product, engineering, and enterprise clients, shaping RWA tokenization strategies on Solana and adjacent ecosystems. Most contributions will focus on architecture, APIs, smart contract integrations, data pipelines, and compliance flows, rather than low-level Rust development (though familiarity is a plus).

What you’ll do

• Design tokenization architectures for RWAs including custody, compliance, and lifecycle flows
• Work directly with enterprise clients and partners to capture technical requirements
• Develop integration blueprints across APIs, smart contracts, oracles, and custodians
• Collaborate with protocol developers and external engineering teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
• Contribute to internal best practices and reference architectures for compliant asset issuance
• Stay current on Solana improvement proposals, DeFi infrastructure, and regulatory developments

You might be a fit if you have

• 8+ years in a technical architecture or solutions engineering role
• Hands-on experience with Web3 tools: wallets, APIs, smart contracts (ideally Solana)
• Strong understanding of asset tokenization (e.g. securities, funds, carbon, real estate)
• Familiarity with Solana architecture (SPL tokens, PDAs, Anchor framework)
• Exposure to regulated financial institutions or capital markets infrastructure
• Bonus: Experience with enterprise integrations, custody APIs, or compliance frameworks
• Nice to have: Rust reading fluency (writing not required), experience with Ethereum or Cosmos
• Operate at the intersection of Web3 innovation and institutional-grade infrastructure
• Help shape how the next generation of tokenized assets will be built and traded
• up to £160,000 basic plus bonus
• Hybrid working in Central London
