ABOUT THE ROLE
The Solutions Architect will be responsible for leading complex software integrations for enterprise customers. This role requires working closely with clients to ensure the successful delivery of system implementation and integration projects. The Solutions Architect will oversee project execution, engaging with customers to understand their needs, and working alongside technical teams to design and implement solutions that support seamless data exchange and system interoperability.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with enterprise clients to define business and technical requirements, design and document data flows, and manage end-to-end platform integrations, ensuring scalable, maintainable, and seamless deployment within existing systems.
- Keep up with industry trends and customer integration challenges, suggesting ways to improve our integration processes.
- Support third-party integrations and technical partnerships, ensuring compatibility.
- Create and maintain clear documentation to guide customers through the integration process, ensure internal understanding of the project, and comply with Launchmetrics' best practices.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including API guides, best practices, and integration tutorials.
- Build automation scripts or lightweight integrations (e.g., ETLs, CRON jobs) to facilitate API connectivity where needed, synchronizing with our development team to do so.
- Partner with Solutions Consultants and Sales to understand customer needs and design tailored integration architectures.
- Deliver technical presentations, product demos, and POCs (proofs of concept). Scope and estimate integration efforts and collaborate on proposals and SOWs.
- Act as the technical bridge between Sales, Product, Engineering, and Solutions Consultants.
This role is open to applicants based in the UK, Spain, Italy or France.
