Overview

Solutions Engineer- ESG Specialist at SWEEP. This role involves supporting Account Executives to sell Sweep solutions to prospective clients and turning them into happy customers. You will work closely with Enterprise Account Executives and Success teams, with a strong understanding of Carbon and ESG. Experience in the climate tech space or sustainability consulting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Bring technical expertise and work with organisations across a range of industries to understand their challenges and goals through focused discovery sessions and workshops
• Develop a deep understanding of Sweep’s products and technical capabilities
• Demonstrate value for customers by delivering customized demos, presenting the value of Sweep’s tools, and collaborating internally on narratives that align with the customer’s goals and maturity
• Understand the customer's business objectives and develop a technology vision and roadmap to align with them
• Provide technical support during the sales cycle, answering customer questions and addressing concerns
• Pre-Sales Support and collaborate with Enterprise Account Executives to coordinate closing complex opportunities
• Assist with questions in RFPs and RFIs
• Define and deliver enablement content to ensure successful project implementation with the Sweep platform
• Present and articulate the business value of the proposed solution to business managers and executives
• Act as a Sweep ambassador and voice of the customer to inform product teams on insights, trends, and opportunities
• Present at marketing events and train/enable the sales team

Requirements

• Experience in a sustainability role
• Good knowledge of decarbonization and climate practices
• Experience and understanding of the Carbon & ESG/Sustainability industry
• Understanding of software-as-a-service environments, ideally in the B2B Enterprise space
• Ability to listen to customer requirements and provide solutions addressing business issues, maturity, and technical needs
• Storytelling and outstanding presentation skills with the ability to convey value to the audience
• Experience working closely with multi-disciplinary teams
• Ability to evolve in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
