About Netcraft: Netcraft is the global leader in cybercrime detection and disruption. We’re a trusted partner for three of the four largest companies in the world and many large country governments. We’ve blocked more than 200 million malicious sites and perform takedowns for around one-third of the world’s phishing sites.

Our purpose, passion, and expertise are focused on just one thing: protecting the world from cybercrime. Our passion doesn’t stop at what we do - it shapes how we work, too. We’re proud of our talented team and the value each person brings. That’s why we’ve created a workplace where people feel supported and inspired, from great benefits and wellness programs to fun social events.

The Role

Reporting to the Director of Solutions Engineering (based in Bath, UK), and liaising closely with your colleagues in the UK as well as the wider global team, you'll be identifying how Netcraft's products solve our customers' problems, and providing subject matter expertise on our services and the problem domain to underpin the success of the Commercial division from a technical perspective.

Day To Day, You'll Be

  • Preparing and running demonstrations and proofs of concept to highlight how Netcraft's solution can address our customers' pain points
  • Understanding customer requirements, objectives and opportunities, whilst being the voice of the customer internally to help drive and prioritise customer requests within our engineering function
  • Using your product and domain expertise to support and build relationships with prospects and customers, serving as technical liaison for the commercial division
  • Drafting and delivering winning proposals, working with both our new sales and account management teams to address customer requirements
  • Identifying opportunities for prospects and customers to expand the range of services taken based on a solid understanding of their business and the problem space
  • Ensuring a smooth setup and onboarding process for customers, collaborating with other functions as required to maximise customer satisfaction and address any problems raised

The Reward Package

  • Highly competitive base salary, reviewed annually, with bonus aligned to the financial performance of the Commercial division
  • Flexible and hybrid working options
  • 33 days holiday per annum (incl. public holidays)
  • Pension scheme membership with 4% employer contributions + NI savings
  • Private health cover, including access to a private GP service
  • Comprehensive wellness and support provisions
  • Enhanced family leave provisions
  • Two days paid Volunteering Leave per year
  • Free meals, drinks and snacks provided daily in the offices
  • Regular social events such as a big summer party, Christmas dinners, and annual kick-off
  • A tax-efficient cycle to work scheme
  • An inclusive culture and environment, where you’ll feel genuinely valued and respected

What you’ll need to be successful

  • Proven experience in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity in a customer-facing role requiring in-depth technical product expertise
  • Proven ability to build relationships and clearly communicate technical concepts to stakeholders at all levels with varying degrees of technical understanding, from CISOs to Developers to Legal Counsel
  • Excellent communication, influencing and presentation skills
  • Self-starter who is creative and able to organise, prioritise, and plan their activities effectively
  • Team player and customer-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills, who enjoys working collaboratively towards a shared vision for future success
  • A background in cybersecurity is ideal but not required, however a strong interest in learning and developing knowledge in the anti-cybercrime space will be important. A broad understanding of security, networking, and Internet fundamentals would be very useful.
