Contract: 6 months (Inside IR35), hybrid arrangement with 2 days in Bristol. SC Clearance is essential – you must be willing and eligible to undergo checks; preference may be given to those with active SC clearance.

Responsibilities
- Ensure EATD technical delivery plans and RAID materials for Source to Contract are produced and managed on JIRA.
- Support the development of the CSM Portfolio implementation plan.
- Align EATD plans with functional areas and business change.
- Ensure alignment between functional and technical design activity, and support data, analytics and integration activity.
- Act as an active member of CSM governance fora to enable informed decision making.
- Support the CSM Strategic Commercial team in commercial activity relating to a Source to Contract solution (as required).
- Support the production of the future delivery and service models.
Essential Qualifications
- Experience of leading large‑scale technical delivery.
- Experience of delivering Source to Contract technologies (e.g., HCM & ERP).
- Ability to work in cross‑functional teams.
- Experience of Government Digital Services ways of working.
- Delivery experience using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Good planning, problem‑solving and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication skills – verbal and written.
- Good digital skills, including proficiency in MS Office, Project Management and Agile tooling.
- Holding an Agile, APMP or Prince‑2 qualification.
Desirable Qualifications
- Knowledge of MoD Functional Processes, Structures, Data and/or Systems or Corporate Service arrangements of similar complexity in the wider public or private sectors.
- Knowledge of Defence Business Services Operations.
- Managing Successful Programmes certified.

Note: This role falls within the scope of Off‑Payroll Working in the Public Sector legislation. Any rates of payment quoted will reflect the gross rate per day for the assignment and will be subject to appropriate taxes and statutory costs.
