Reliance Foundry is looking for a dynamic Sourcing and Product Manager to fill a high-impact role at the intersection of our global supply chain and market strategy. This is a unique opportunity for a professional who thrives on seeing the entire product journey through—from identifying a sourcing partner in a new market to launching a successful product that meets customer needs and drives business growth.
Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will not only manage critical vendor relationships and costs but also act as the “voice of the customer” inside our organization. You will begin by taking ownership of our premier Crash-Rated Bollards line, with significant opportunity to expand your product portfolio in the future.
What You’ll Own & Influence
- Global Sourcing & Commercial Strategy: You will lead the identification, evaluation, and qualification of global vendors. You will guide the RFQ process to secure optimal FOB costs, calculate landed costs, and collaborate on pricing proposals to ensure market competitiveness and profitability.
- Product Lifecycle & Market Strategy: Acting as a voice of the customer, you will develop product roadmaps, conduct market and competitor analysis, and manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: You will be a central hub for collaboration, working closely with Engineering on feasibility, Sales on customer needs, Marketing on positioning, and Program Management on timelines and deliverables.
- Team Mentorship: You will manage and mentor our Sourcing Specialist, providing strategic direction, overseeing their day-to-day activities, and fostering their professional growth.
What You Bring to the Table
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, product management, or a similar blended role.
- Proven expertise in the full lifecycle of sourcing, including vendor negotiations, RFQ processes, and global supply chain management.
- Strong product management skills, with experience developing product roadmaps and using customer feedback to inform strategy.
- Excellent financial acumen, with the ability to perform cost analysis, develop pricing strategies, and create revenue forecasts.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, including experience mentoring and developing a direct report.
- A collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills, with a proven ability to work effectively across multiple departments.
- Proficiency with strategic analysis tools (e.g., Wardley Mapping) combined with advanced Excel skills for cost modeling.
- Experience working with overseas suppliers and an aptitude for languages—particularly Mandarin, Taiwanese, Korean, Turkish, or Spanish—would be highly valuable.

Pay: $75,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
