Job Summary:

The Community Lead - Growth (Southeast Asia) is responsible for driving customer acquisition, engagement, and brand awareness for LemFi within the Southeast Asian diaspora. This role is ideal for a dynamic and self-driven professional with a strong background in sales, marketing, and community engagement. The ideal candidate should have experience working with diaspora communities, associations, NGOs, universities, and other relevant networks to build LemFi’s presence and drive adoption of its services. You will be responsible for executing strategic marketing initiatives, forging partnerships, managing a team of promoters, and achieving ambitious growth targets.
