Location: Warton – Hybrid working, 3 days on site

Salary: £54,793+ Dependent upon skills and experience

Identifying, defining, and document clearing, measurable benefits aligned with organisational goals

Developing and maintaining a benefits realisation plan with timelines, KPIs, and tracking metrics

Using tools (dashboards, scorecards, benefit registers) to monitor and report progress

Collaborating with stakeholders to quantify financial, operational, and strategic outcomes

Supporting project control in tracking benefit delivery across the project lifecycle

Identifying and managing risks/issues impacting benefit delivery, implementing mitigation as needed

Ensuring alignment and ownership of benefits with project managers, business owners, and sponsors

Working with finance and business units to ensure benefits are realised and sustained

Providing regular updates to senior management on progress, risks, and corrective actions

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Accountable as a member of the Project Management team for supporting development and implementation of appropriately tailored Project Management practices

Familiarity with financial forecasting and risk analysis

Understanding financial modelling, Cost-Benefit analysis, and ROI within project environments

You will be joining an experienced Project team delivering critical project management activities within a key enterprise-wide technology and process transformation project. You will work with multiple stakeholders and you will help drive and implement new ways of working across a large complex business. You will support the development and delivery of the Project Management Office within the team with involvement in wider project processes and deliverables.
