Specialist Community Public Health Nurse - Health Visitor & School Nurse

As part of the Healthy Child Service team, you will work alongside a range of partners to provide support to children, young people, and families across the Family Hub Network. The roles are based in Family Hubs across the city, with potential opportunities for home/hybrid working. We conduct all contacts with children and families in person and encourage office presence to support team morale.

Your working arrangements will vary according to your service and role, and current government guidance.
