About the Role

You’ll be involved in the full lifecycle of automatic fire sprinkler system design, primarily focused on commercial buildings, including offices, retail spaces, mixed-use developments, and more. You’ll collaborate closely with clients, contractors, and internal teams to deliver compliant, efficient designs using the latest industry software and standards. Whether you\'re early in your career and keen to grow, or an experienced manager looking to lead a team and shape processes, we have the scope and support to match your ambitions.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in sprinkler system design (LPCB, BS9251, BS EN12845 or FM standards)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit, and hydraulic calculation software
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Relevant qualifications (e.g. FHC, HNC/D, LPCB certification)
• Desire to grow with the business and help shape its future
• Management experience (for senior applicants)
