What You'll Do:

• Lead project teams to successfully complete SQR improvements, empowering your team to achieve more.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders across the business to ensure project alignment and seamless integration.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Communicate project progress, challenges, and successes clearly and effectively to all stakeholders.

Where you'll work:

This role is based at our Head Office in London Bridge, with hybrid working options. It will also require visits to various sites across our network.

What You'll Bring:

• Proven success in project delivery, either as a project lead or team member.
• Experience working in a train operating company or similar environment.
• Experience working cross-functionally in large organizations.
• Knowledge of the Service Quality Regime (desirable).
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Stakeholder management experience.
• Planning and organizational skills.
• Leadership qualities.
• Commercial awareness (desirable).
• High standards of written and oral communication.
• Numeracy skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
