What You'll Do:
- Lead project teams to successfully complete SQR improvements, empowering your team to achieve more.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders across the business to ensure project alignment and seamless integration.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Communicate project progress, challenges, and successes clearly and effectively to all stakeholders.
Where you'll work:
This role is based at our Head Office in London Bridge, with hybrid working options. It will also require visits to various sites across our network.
What You'll Bring:
- Proven success in project delivery, either as a project lead or team member.
- Experience working in a train operating company or similar environment.
- Experience working cross-functionally in large organizations.
- Knowledge of the Service Quality Regime (desirable).
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Stakeholder management experience.
- Planning and organizational skills.
- Leadership qualities.
- Commercial awareness (desirable).
- High standards of written and oral communication.
- Numeracy skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
