We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Leadership Development Consultant. In this role, you will design and facilitate impactful experiences to support senior leadership teams, enhancing their performance, productivity, and culture.
This role allows you to connect deeply with clients' businesses to facilitate innovative team solutions. It includes supporting leadership development initiatives and executive coaching.
Your responsibilities include:
- Translating customer needs into learning interventions and programs.
- Designing customized leadership development programs.
- Delivering remote learning and leadership programs.
- Providing executive coaching, feedback coaching with CORE assessments, and Train-the-Trainer programs.
- Creating new programs from existing building blocks.
- Building professional relationships with clients.
- Co-creating transformative team leadership journeys.
- Applying organizational change management tools and approaches.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences; Master's preferred.
- ICF Coaching Certification.
- Strong business acumen and experience working with senior leaders.
- Skilled in designing and facilitating team meetings and content.
- Experience consulting in-house is a plus.
- Familiarity with leadership assessment tools and models.
- Ability to handle strategic and tactical tasks seamlessly.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A growth mindset and eagerness to develop expertise.
