Sr Manager, Financial Data Analytics & Governance - Northern Ireland/UK
Join Terex and contribute to the Corporate Finance team as a data scientist with experience in data governance, analytics, and FP&A. The ideal candidate will leverage expertise in data science and financial analysis to drive strategic decision‑making and optimize financial performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Data Governance and Standardization: Implement data governance policies, standardize data definitions, ensure data accuracy across sources, monitor information assets and access, and act as custodian of dashboard accessibility.
- Data Integration: Collaborate with IT and finance teams to ensure seamless integration of financial data from various sources and maintain data integrity.
- Performance Metrics: Maintain KPIs and dashboards to monitor financial performance and support strategic planning.
- Data Analysis and Modeling: Develop and implement advanced data models and algorithms to analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Financial Forecasting: Use statistical techniques and AI models to enhance forecasting accuracy and support budgeting processes.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with cross‑functional teams to understand business needs and deliver data‑driven solutions.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest trends in data science and finance to continually improve analytical capabilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Data Science, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
Experience
- Advanced English skills.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in data science and analytics with comprehensive FP&A knowledge.
- Experience with FP&A tools (e.g., OneStream), data visualization tools (Power BI or Qlik), and Oracle ERP/JDE.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail; ability to work effectively in a team and with stakeholders at all levels.
