Job Description

The Lending Squad manages the lifecycle of loans from simulation to completion, focusing on total debt amount handling. They deliver value to Financial Institution backoffices, IT areas, and Credit officers by enabling automation and reducing the time to create and maintain various loan products and loans through APIs and Events maintained by the Lending Squad.

The main responsibilities include:

• Mapping, evaluating, and recording intakes and requirements to deliver value for the Lending Platform's target customer profile.
• Building quarterly milestones for the product roadmap and ensuring timely delivery.
• Creating artifacts such as User Stories, Journeys, Workflows, One Pagers, Presentations, and Spreadsheets to convert valid intakes into clear requirements.
• Maintaining the product backlog and roadmap, prioritizing demands from market, business, and internal stakeholders to optimize value delivery.
• Participating in testing and validating features for the lending product.
• Driving communication and alignment with internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborating with various teams including Pre Sales, Solutions Architecture, Marketing, Product, and Engineering.
• Exercising self-directed leadership within the squad.
• Serving as the primary contact for stakeholders regarding the Lending platform's capabilities.
• Monitoring the lending business environment and providing input for new feature development.

This is a remote position. Remote work does not require duties to be performed near a Visa office, but periodic presence at a Visa office may be scheduled.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• 5 years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree.
• At least 3 years of experience in the Lending Product environment.
• Experience working in an Agile environment, familiar with Dual Track, Kanban, Jira, Miro, and other tools.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and teach.
• Experience collaborating with technology teams and stakeholders.

Desirable Qualifications

• Knowledge of APIs, Postman, and AWS cloud computing.
• Experience with functional testing.
• Experience in Market Research and Benchmarking.
• MBA or Master’s in Finance.
