Staff Product Engineer (Frontend) Central London (3 days per week in-office)

Oliver Bernard have partnered with a fast-growing, product-led technology business on the search for a Staff Product Engineer (Frontend). This is a pivotal role where you'll take ownership of core systems, influence technical strategy, and help shape the next of customer-facing products.

• Take ownership of a major product area and drive it forward.
• Design and implement modern frontend architecture with TypeScript, React, and Next.js.
• Lead technical projects, mentor colleagues, and rally engineers around best practices.
• Balance building new features with making smart technical debt decisions.

• Proven track record of leading teams or initiatives (Tech Lead, Staff Engineer, or similar).
• Deep expertise in TypeScript, React, and modern cloud architectures.
• Hybrid London setup with direct exposure to users and fast release cycles.
