Key Responsibilities

• Hands-on leadership of a key product framework at Deel
• Perform tactical work alongside your team for bug fixes and escalation remediation
• Build and nurture working relationships, manage stakeholders and partners across the Deel product platform and non-tech teams
• Build industry-leading solutions to complex problems in a high-dependency environment
• Be part of the journey to redefine a way of working for people around the world

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in a Product Management role
• Presented as a Lead, Staff or similar IC Product Manager for 2 years
• Experience building and scaling complex B2B onboarding products/features across multiple user-types
• Experience with regulated products with compliance or cross-border considerations
• Proven success building products in a fast-paced, high-velocity, outcomes-driven environment (ideally scale-up/start-up)
• Strong understanding of frameworks and how to scale functions across platforms
• Systems thinker with a pragmatic approach to solving highly complex problems
• Preferably based in EMEA timezone or within +/- 3-4 hours
