At Monzo, our mission is to make money work for everyone, everywhere. We’re seeking a Staff Technical Program Manager to lead the launch of new products across multiple countries in 2025 and beyond. This high-impact role requires technical expertise and exceptional leadership to achieve our ambitious goals.

Reporting to our VP of Engineering, you will collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders to ensure Monzo’s continued success.

  1. Recruiter Call (30 mins): Meet our Engineering Leadership Recruiter to discuss your experience and learn about Monzo.
  2. Initial Call (45 mins): Meet with an engineering leader to discuss your experience, program execution, and technical leadership, and learn about Monzo.
  3. Loop Stage (4 hours): Four 60-minute interviews over 1-2 days.
  4. Final Conversation: Meet our CTO and senior leaders for a final assessment.
