Join Pets at Home as a Store Format Implementation Lead!

Are you a creative powerhouse with a passion for design and project delivery? Pets at Home is on an exciting journey to rebrand our Pet Care Centres and Standalone Vet Practices — and we need you to help bring our vision to life!

This is a 12-month fixed term contract opportunity to support maternity leave and we can offer hybrid working from our Support Office in Handforth, Cheshire (two days per week in the office).

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of our brand and format design across diverse retail and veterinary environments
• Deliver impactful visual transformations — from signage to layout — ensuring every space reflects our new identity
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution, on time and within budget
• Champion best practices and contribute to a high-performing, supportive team culture

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in store format or visual design roles, ideally within retail or veterinary settings
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills with the ability to build strong working relationships
• Strong project management skills and a flair for creative problem-solving
• Confident communicator with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for brand excellence
• Comfortable working at pace and juggling multiple priorities
