Are you a customer-obsessed Account Manager or Customer Success leader ready to take ownership of high-value, strategic accounts within a mission-driven, rapidly scaling tech business?

An innovative and fast-growing SaaS company in the healthcare sector is looking for a Strategic Account Manager to join their expanding team. You'll manage a focused portfolio of 35-40 key accounts (each with £20k+ ARR), using a consultative, data-driven approach to increase retention, satisfaction, and revenue growth.

This role involves frequent UK travel for onsite strategic meetings and QBRs approx 2 days per week (fully expensed).

The Role

This is not just a farming role, you'll act as a trusted strategic advisor, deeply understanding your clients' digital transformation journeys and aligning the company's innovative platform with their goals.
